Following the great success of the 2001 classic, A Guide to a Cricketer's Etiquette, comes (finally) the second release from the same, extremely talented and good looking Author, A Guide to A Cricketer's Off Season. Half of you may wish to think there could not be a Guide that could top the first publication, and you may be correct, the other half think that the first one was a load of dribble and wont even think to read the second publication, if you are part of the second half, this Guide is for you, also, if you are part of the first half, you should read it anyway. |

Congratulations to Dale and Rachel Scifleet, who have at long last tied the knot. The wedding and reception was held at the Mountain Top Restaurant, Mt Keira on the 26th of April in front of many family and friends.
The Kiama Cricket Club wishes the newly weds all the best on this magnificent occasion and many happy returns. Now that the ring is on the finger Dale should have new found respect for all... including umpires. Congratulations again Digs. |

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday June 14 and will commence at 1.00pm. We need more people to be involved, and new people to take on new roles from those who have served you so well over the last 12 months. Captains nominations and board positions are all up for grabs, so if you are willing to become part of the Kiama Cricket Board come on down.
If there is only one meeting a year you intend on attending, make it this one. |

The first edition of the Kiama Cavaliers Almanack is now available for viewing and downloading. It contains all the scorecards and match reports from the past season of 2007-08, as well as Captains Reports, statistics for the Club and each seperate grade, a letter from your President and other articles. It is 110 pages of fun-filled off-season reading so get cracking, download it, save it, print it..... just make sure you read it.

The Kiama Cricket Club Presentation Night was held on Saturday April 19, and was a huge success. A photo slideshow of the evening can be viewed by clicking here. Congratulations to all who recieved awards, especially Bill Peters, Joe Murphy and Ian Pearson who were inducted as Life Members of the Kiama Cricket Club, John Simon who recieved the Stuart Holmes Memorial Award and Mick Norris who picked up the John Watts Plaque.
